Subotica Lux

I can highly recommend this accommodation. I will definitely come back the next time I stay in Subotica. The apartment is suitable for a family with children, and a big plus is a private parking space inside the building.

Superb

Decoration in the apartment is really nice. There is air-conditioning in the living room. The car park is very handy. Next to the apartment there is a super market. The apartment is not far from the city center. The owner is very helpful.

Sleeping in the sofa is not very comfortable. No air-conditioning in the bedroom. The city is really nice but you have to pay attention especially if you travel by car. There are 'people' out for 'hunting' vehicles with foreign plates to ask for "baksish" for everything they can think of. Also, I filled diesel in my car at a local gas station and it ended up being filled with water!

Small, but nice apartement in a new building

The owner was very flexible. We could get in touch with him anytime. Check-in and check-out was very easy and simple. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new building with an available garage downstairs. The flat is small but decorated in a modern style. In the kitchen there's a Nescafé mini Dolce Gusto coffe machine with coffe pods so we could have fresh coffee every day. There's a Maxi supermarket behind the building for those who need food, drink, etc. Downtown is about 10-15 mins on foot. Spartak Tennis Center is about 5 mins walking distance.

No microwave owen is in the kitchen.

Komforan, cist i moderno uredjen apartman sa svim neophodnim stvarima za prijatan boravak. Dobra Internet konekcija. Odlicna lokacija - centar je na 5 minuta laganog hoda. Obezbedjeno je parking mesto u zatvorenoj garazi ispod objekta.

Prijatnu atmosferu apartmana narusava konstantna buka koja dolazi iz stana iznad - od ranih jutarnjih do kasnih vecernjih sati (trcanje, skakanje, hodanje na petama, pomeranje namestaja itd) kao i specifican zvuk iz toplotne podstanice u zgradi koji do izrazaja dolazi nocu.

Čista desetka! Apartman je savremeno i ukusno namešten, sa modernim nameštajem i svim neophodnim uređajima za udoban boravak. Sve je novo, uredno i potpuno funkcionalno. Veliki plus je garažno parking mesto u samoj zgradi. Lokacija je odlična – svega pet minuta lagane šetnje do centra grada. U objektu se nalaze Maxi prodavnica i Benu apoteka, što boravak čini dodatno praktičnim. Domaćin Filip je izuzetno ljubazan, komunikativan i uvek spreman da pruži sve potrebne informacije. Rado bismo ponovo odseli ovde i iskreno preporučujemo svima koji dolaze u Suboticu.

Savrsen apartman, uvek mu se rado vracam i preporucujem ga svima.

Ovo je treci put da sam boravila u apartmanu, sto govori vise od svega sto mogu napisati :) Stan je na super lokaciji, blizu centra, opremljen svime sto je potrebno za boravak. Domacin je ljubazan, brzo odgovara na poruke. Stan ima svoje mesto u garazi, sto je takodje dodatni plus.
