About this cottage rental
Revive your romantic side on the property "Romance". A small house, about 30m2, made out of stone, wood and a lot of our love and dedication. The small house is surrounded by olive trees on 3000m2.
Suitable for couples and family with children. Pets friendly.
Location:
Raštane Gornje - a small village just 7 km away from the Adriatic sea coast, 10 km from the city of Biograd and 20 km from the city of Zadar. So it is near the Zadar airport, only 7 km away.
Except with the car, the house is accessible with public transport - the bus which drives from Zadar and Biograd. The bus station is 10 meters away from the property.
Paklenica, Krka, Kornati, mountain Velebit and lake Vrana. There is a lot of famous national parks and nature parks.
The area of Ravni Kotari where the village is located in the nature, bike rides, jogging or just enjoying the sun, nature and sea.
The small house is supplied completely with energy from the nature. Power is produced through the solar cells and the water is collected from the underground river. The house is small, but the space is used to it's maximum. Mladen who is a professional carpenter and who brought the finest wood from Croatian province Slavonija. It is a small sleeping area for two persons on the second floor. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a toilet with a shower.
The property is surrounded by the traditional stone wall called "suhozid" and is very spacious. Despite being sutiated near the road it is very calm, especially during the night.
There is a possibility of preparing home made meals (meat with potatoes under "peka", homemade bread under "peka" etc.) by the hosts on a tradicional way for an extra fee. Mirjana is a professional chef who has spent all her life in this area.
The house is located 500m away from the first neighbor. You can buy fresh groceries at the local market or directly from the inhabitants.
Every morning, a remote bakery is driving at 8 a. m. where you can buy fresh products.
There are also two bikes available for you to use free of charge.
At the property there is also a small home grown garden with season vegetables which you can pick and eat how much you like, but we will be thankful if you also take care of the garden by watering it.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is set up with lovely details and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. In close driving proximity you find beautiful natural parks for walks, costal aresa and good cities. The owners are extremely nice and warm people who care about everything that makes your stay perfect, they even offered their help to fix the flat tire of our car. We will defenitely come back. Thanks Mirjana & Mladen for everything !!

Wir haben in der Villa Romanca einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht und können die wunderschöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Es gibt viele schöne Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten, Abkühlung im "Pott" und bei allen Fragen oder Problemen sofortige Hilfe ducrh die Vermieter. Dafür Dankeschön an Mirjana und Mladen!

Zwei Wochen durften wir an diesem wunderschönen, ruhigen Ort verbringen. Mirjana und Mladen sind perfekte Gastgeber und haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlten und es an nichts fehlte. Nach jedem Ausflug - ob Zadar, Biograd, Krka Wasserfälle oder an einen der unzähligen Strände - war es jedes Mal aufs Neue eine Wohltat unter den Olivenbäumen oder im Badebottich zu entspannen. Wir haben fast täglich die Grillstelle genutzt und durften sogar einmal eine von den Beiden zubereitete Peka genießen - köstlich.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in der Villa von Mirjana und Mladen verbracht und uns gut dabei erholt. Die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Villa liegt ungestört mitten in der Natur. Nach Biograd (alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) sind es rund 15min mit dem Auto. In der Villa gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und eine gute Ausziehcouch, zudem gäbe es die Möglichkeit, ein Bett unter der Dachschräge zu nutzen (dort wird es allerdings sehr warm). Nicht zuletzt weil die Vermieter die Wohnung selbst nutzen, ist die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet (allerdings ohne Backofen oder Mikrowelle). Absolutes Highlight ist aber der Garten im Olivenhain mit großer Terrasse, unzähligen gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einem Schwimmfass mit ca 1m Tiefe und einem offenen Kohlegrill. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Gemüse- und Kräutergarten, zwei Fahrräder für den kleinen Einkauf/Ausflug sowie eine Schaukel für Kinder. Das riesige Areal ist komplett umzäunt und liegt ohne Nachbarn nah an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Mirjana und Mladen haben hier ein rundherum schönes und gemütliches Refugium geschaffen, in dem man sich herrlich erholen kann.
