About this house rental
This property is strictly for the person who loves outdoor adventure...No shopping malls here! No clubs, no putt putt golf. Be sure to buy your groceries before you get here. The only open business in town is the Exxon/7-11 station a mile up the road by the Interstate . I love it!

Used as base camp.for moab...plenty of parking...clean.....well stocked.....easy check in and out.

Super-clean property with no animal or smoke smell. The updated master bath had a great shower and the kitchen was functional. Though there is a porch, the property is exposed to the sun, especially in the evenings. No crazy neighbors shooting off fireworks on Pie and Beer Day, so that was a major bonus!

Nice place. Check in and out were simple. Comfortable space. Updated master bath. Close to Interstate 70.
