La casa è molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto quel che serve, estremamente pulita ed arredata molto bene. Molto piacevole la presenza di un patio privato e la possibilità di poter fare il bbq! Bella la vista sulle montagne di roccia rossa tipiche della zona. La piscina, seppur con acqua non limpidissima (si potrebbe pulire meglio) è comunque comoda per una rinfrescata nei giorni più caldi. La struttura non è vicina al centro città, perciò è necessario un mezzo proprio, ma avendo la macchina si raggiunge il centro in 10 minuti.
Rinnoverei un po' i mobili da esterno nel patio sul retro: sono assolutamente utilizzabili, però essendo di qualità non eccelsa - al contrario di quelli interni invece molto curati - il passaggio del tempo fa subito un brutto effetto su di essi.
