About this house rental
Set on two private wooded acres in the near NW, this bright, white four bedroom contemporary, two and a half bath multi-level home has soaring cathedral ceilings and plenty of space for your guests or family. On the entry level there is a newly redone half bath, fully stocked renovated kitchen with 50 bottle wine cooler, separate dining area which leads to the deck and pool area, as well as an overflow/guest twin bedroom. Up a short flight of steps is the oversized king primary bedroom suite with private deck, TV, marble bath with jacuzzi as well as a spacious living area with three seating areas and new 65" QLED TV for watching the Olympics, binge watching Netflix or catching up on the latest baseball scores. Another short flight of steps leads to the top floor with a king bedroom, queen bedroom, renovated marble bath and additional seating with desk area.
The two outdoor decks have sun from morning until night and surround a 20'x40' heated pool (with new liner.) Spend romantic nights in the private hot tub or sip wine around the glass firepit on cooler nights. Additionally there is an outdoor shower (open until mid-October), Weber gas grill, CAC, wifi/cable/streaming services, landline (believe me you will appreciate it), gas grill, and plenty of indoor/outdoor lounge and dining for family and guests.
Situated just 2-1/2 miles from the beaches and villages of East Hampton and Amagansett and fifteen minutes from Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor, it is a convenient central Hamptons location.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ON RENTAL:
Most utility and service fees are included in the total rental amount.
Pool: After Labor Day, guests who would like a heated pool will be responsible for the costs associated with the propane. Arrangements to have propane delivered would need to be coordinated at least five days prior to arrival at the property.
The pool is closed from the end of September/beginning of October through Memorial Day.
Hot Tub: The hot tub is open year-round.
Cleaning: Guests who wish additional cleaning (daily, weekly) can be arranged at their expense.
Additional Persons: Additional persons are prohibited unless express approval is provided. Additional guests without approval will be subject to immediate termination of the duration of the rental period without refund. Maximum guests
Events: Events are prohibited unless express approval is provided.
Pets: Please note pets are not permitted. If a pet is found on the property, the stay is subject to immediate termination of the rental period without refund.

property owner was great with communication from day 1. She answered all and every question we had during the week. Honestly the photos dont do the house justice (maybe consider doing a video walk through bc your property js that amazing!). We loaded the pool with floats and it was amazingtl to wake up in the mornings and just jump into the pool. We easily swam for hours each day! Grest location close to everything yet tucked away with privacy. Def. Look foward to returning again! Thanks Lynn!

Enjoyed a lovely week at this property. It was spacious and bright and perfect for a family of 5 plus grandma. The house was immaculate and well stocked with all the things you need to be comfortable. The pool was beautiful and was in the sun all day so we never needed the heater. My kids swam every day well into the night time. Having the hot tub and fire pit was a nice plus that we really enjoyed. It is very centrally located to everything the Hamptons has to offer and only 10min to the ocean beach which was great. Lynn was very nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
We would recommend this property.

The house was as described, clean, neat and stocked. The decor was inviting as well. Our disappointment rested on the amenities not living up to expectations. The pool was not heated when we arrived and took a day and a half to do so. The fire pit only worked after the property manager sent someone to fill the empty tank and you could finesse it to work. And last but not least, we had no hot water out last night of stay. The property screams potential but I must rate our stay a 3.7 to be honest.
