About this house rental
All new construction with this big home. Located at 6704 Gulf Drive - this house is located directly across the street from thje beach with easy beach access. Nice gulf view from Second floor Porch. 7 Bedrooms 4 full baths. The backyard is a private pool with concrete deck area. The pool is a larger pool for the area and is approximatley 14 ft x 24 ft.
Wide Open Kitchen and eating area on the first floor is great for getting your group all together. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stained concrete floors. Upstairs there is another great room with a 60" tv. The upstairs has stained hardwood floors throughout with the exception of the tile in the bathroom floor. All bedroom except the bunk room have tvs. Wifi as well as HBO + Showtime are provided. There is plenty of parking.

The house is very convenient for beach access and has ample parking for large groups. Our group was split between this house and another house across the street directly across the street.The rooms were clean and properly furnished.Rod did a great job communicating with me and our check in and entire stay was flawless.The pool was an awesome retreat to cool off after a day on the beach.

We had a great stay at Rod’s place! The house was nice, fit our group of 16 perfectly, and was in a great location right by the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool! Check-in was very easy and Rod answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

I love this house! It’s super close to the beach and local restaurants. The owner is quick to respond and fix things if needed. I’ve stayed here twice and hope to be back soon!

We had a large group (16). The youngest was 4, six between the ages of 13-18, eight between 25- 49, and grandma came too. We had plenty of room for everyone and really enjoyed the place. I was calling it the Ocean Breeze bc of the color. Beach access is about 10 steps away so my toes were in the sand in a matter of minutes. This was nice for the teenagers to walk to the beach when they wanted and in a good neighborhood so we didnt have to worry about them. The house was clean and all the kitchen items you need to cook were avaliable including a grill outside. The pool was clean with some floats to start us out. Details There are 5 bed rooms with king beds and a double bunk bed room in the main house with 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen with a huge table, living room, and a balcony with seating room. The pool house has a queen size bed (I think), bathroom (including a shower), and the laundry room. Nice size pool with lounge chairs and regular chairs to relax. It was nice to see there was some beach accessories to use like a wagon, chairs, an tent, and toys so we didnt have to buy much. That was so handy for us. Needless to say, we will be keeping this on our saved list for the future when we come with a large group again. Rod was a great host and kept us well informed. He answered some questions I had before the trip and we communicated via text thereafter. You will not go wrong with renting this house or host! Highly recommend
