Beautifully furnished with over 2,200 square feet of open concept living space spread over 3 floors. The house includes a full-sized kitchen, dining area (seats 13), and living room area with cathedral ceilings, 5 bedrooms (sleeps 14 comfortably), 3 full bathrooms (1 per floor), outdoor shower, parking for 3 cars (garage, driveway, and off-street parking for an additional 1 car). The townhouse can easily accommodate multiple or extended families for fun and relaxation at the shore!
Hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings throughout open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen main level. Berber carpeting throughout bedroom levels, Spacious deck, Central air, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, 6 LED TV's, Wifi, Netflix, tile entry from street or garage; outdoor shower, Beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and BBQ included for your use.

Every year we add new updates to make your stay more enjoyable.
For example, in 2022 we added a brand new gas range/oven, and dishwasher, as well as a new backyard courtyard with a picnic table and a Corn Hole game set for you and your guests to enjoy.
Everything you need for your convenience is here. A beautiful kitchen with new stainless range, Microwave, full Refrigerator, and the convenience of a brand new dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cookware, pots, pans, bakeware, dish ware, silverware, glassware, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffeepots, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils.
A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.

This is our second time staying at this property. Property is exactly as advertised with an excellent location to the boardwalk. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at this property about a month ago. The home was clean and spacious with more than enough room for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'll need to make your meals. Rooms are spaced out on three floors and washer/dryer was useful. Although we did not get to use, the garage had beach items/chairs so you don't have to worry about bringing these with you. Joy was very helpful and was there to meet me and show me around during check-in. We had a request after check-in; Joy responded and came back within 15 minutes.
I will definitely recommend this property!
