About this villa rental
Welcome to your own private villa on the exclusive complex of Casas Del Sol. Centrally located whilst still offering peace and tranquillity.As you will see from the pictures the villa is situated in amongst some lovely gardens and is very quiet and private. Ideal to completely relax, come and go as you please, and yet best of all, it's walking distance to everything in Playa Blanca, the harbour, promenade and town centre, and as you will see the Ferry, which runs hourly to Fuerteventura. Great for a day out to another island (crossing time about 40 minutes)Your home is furnished to provide the comfort and facilities we all look for when going on holiday, with a blend of traditional Spanish, Canarian and English furniture, which has carefully been coordinated to create, immediately upon entry, what feels like your own private place in the sun, along with outdoor dinning facilities and a small BBQThere is a beautifully kept and styled swimming pool (exclusive for guests only) which has a life guard on duty all day, with plenty of shade if required.The villa will sleep 3 adults and there is room for a fold-away bed or cot for small child - both bedrooms have air conditioning on a pay as you go system.For the enthusiast there are tennis courts available to all our guests (Fee Payable to Reception), keys for which can be collected from reception.For all inquiries you can call in reception at any time, they are extremely helpful, but should for some reason you wish to still contact us as well, our office is only a 5 minute walk and we will be happy to offer any assistance as well. A beautiful quietly situated holiday bungalow on an excellent complex.
Very well equipped.
We stayed for three weeks and found the kitchen well equipped for cooking.
Loved the gardens, the superb pool and the convenience of the centre of Playa Blanca.

This villa was an ideal location, everything about this complex was lovely, the well kept grounds and swimming pool, every time you stepped out of the villa there was always a maintenance man around working hard to maintain the high standard of the complex, the complex was fully booked but sitting on your own terrace it seemed like there was no one around very quite and peaceful
We had a small problem with our shower head contacted reception and within hours they fitted a new one, nothing seemed to be a problem
villas now are as always so helpful BBQ was looking very tired and worn and before we knew it Lee came round with a gorgeous new one, perfect service as always, we love you guys
This villa is well situated for everything in Lanzarote, the only thing I would say is that it is needs some TLC it is looking quite tired, being there for the month we noticed the furniture in the lounge is quite uncomfortable and the outside patio furniture could be updated to more comfortable furniture and cushions would also be a bonus for the sunbeds.

An excellent base from which to explore the wonders of Lanzarote, returning each day for a pleasant evening meal on the promenade, then back in 5 minutes walk to relax in this beautifully set little villa within the Casas del Sol complex, looking as close as it can to a typical Lz village. Each villa has its own terrace enclosed by a walk made of lava stones, contrasting with the white of the villa, and so typical of the surrounding countryside. Yes, the villa inside is a little dated, but in very good order and had everything we needed for a most wonderful stay. We would certainly go back.
Internet a little variable, and bed mattresses a little hard. Lack of condiments, and inside sweeping brush… I’m struggling, as all was actually fine. The Applemaps directions via Airbnb location were wrong, and my email with directions didn’t get to me till after we’d arrived
