Couple of broken floor tiles , very minimal but I can't honestly find anything else negative

An amazing place to stay.Panaramic views from inside & from the wonderful balcony.You could see the harbour all the way round to the town centre then in the distance The Rubicon Marina & beyond. Although you are right in the centre it was so quiet inside & on the balcony. Special mention to Eli the property agent she was so kind & helpful.
It didnt bother us but the stairs up to the apartment is quite steep & narrow so would probably not suit people with a walking disabilty

Lovely apartment, excellent situation with a fantastic balcony
Noise from the boiler in laundry room was very intrusive. The door to the laundry room does not close so it was impossible to avoid
