The studio is located in a semi-detached house built in 1965, was renovated in 2024, and is furnished in a rustic style typical of the region. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the forests and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the woods. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

The entrance is on the upper floor and leads over 15 steps and an internal stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 55 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, lounge, dinette, TV, video, DVD, radio, CD and safe. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 22 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine.
