This spacious apartment is located on the first floor (upper floor) and features two large balconies facing east and west. The apartment boasts a well-designed floor plan.

The built-in kitchen is very well maintained and fully equipped. Dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle—everything is provided. The furnishings are complemented by a solid wood dining set.
The large bedroom features a double bed, and a wall-mounted TV allows you to watch TV from the comfort of your bed. The mattresses are new.
The second bedroom has a guest bed measuring 120x200. It can also be used as a dressing room, as it features a walk-in closet with quite a lot of storage space. The third bedroom has a bed measuring 100x200 and another TV. The bathroom is already considered “retro” by today’s standards. It has a bathtub and a shower. A bidet completes the amenities. A washer and dryer are available for use in the building.
