The holiday flat in the Weserbergland is located in Hessisch-Oldendorf in the Rumbeck district. It is situated in a quiet street with little traffic and surrounded by greenery. The landlord lives on the ground floor, the holiday flat is on the first floor.
The living room has a 6 square metre balcony with a large table and chairs for breakfast in the morning sun. Next to the house there is a partially fenced meadow area which can also be used.
This is approx. 60 square metres in size and consists of two rooms, a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom. The approx. 20 square metre living room has a large couch, a 58 cm flat screen TV, DVD player, mini-stereo system, a sofa bed and a massage chair. The bedroom can be fully darkened and has a 1.80 metre double bed, a large wardrobe and a radio alarm clock. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, fridge and freezer compartment and a dining table. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower. A travel cot for children is available on request.
Beautiful walks along the Weser are just a few minutes' walk away. The Weser cycle path is 3 km away. There is a Greek restaurant with a beer garden 600 metres away. The nearest petrol station, which also offers fresh bread rolls and has a drinks market attached, is 2 km away. All the usual supermarkets, other restaurants and banks can be found in Hessisch-Oldendorf, 5 km away.
