In the heart of the Aix countryside, the charm of a beautiful Provencal Bastide of 95 m2, fully equipped, terraced and renovated, in the center of a vast private property, quiet and 10 minutes from the city center of Aix-en-Provence. -Provence.

Two very pleasant rooms on the floor [each with a double bed], separated by a beautiful shower room mosaic + separate toilet.
On the ground floor, large fully equipped kitchen [Fridge I Oven I Coffee maker Senseo I Dishwasher I Microwave I Fridge I Washing machine I ...] opening onto a summer terrace and a beautiful alley of olive trees and lavenders. Also on the ground floor, a large living room of 35 m2 overlooking a deep terrace and a garden with orchards and swimming pool.
Between the kitchen and living room a passage room, but closed with two doors, with two additional beds [2 single beds] and second independent toilet. Private pool, pool house, barbecue. Many parking on site. Close to all highways, TGV station and Marseille-Provence Airport 20 minutes.
€ 950 / € 1450 / € 1750 including VAT, per week according to period and length of stay
[Degressive rate granted, from the third week of rental].
The tenant has a TOTAL enjoyment of the pool and its surroundings. The calm is total. No vis à vis.

It was a really nice trip. The house is cool. The pool is pretty much as expected. However, as mentioned in the description, the house is located too close to owner’s place, which makes you feel a little bit not confortable.
One day, he came up with furious nerves because we’ve got the TV outside and put some music on.
The furnitures are ok but it’s missing many essential things for a week stay.
Beside this, it’s a pretty much good place to stay.
