About this apartment rental
Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. The Apartment is one level with just 2 low-rise steps to the front door. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Hulu, Disney Plus, ESPN for your TV viewing. There is a Smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.
The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.
Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

We absolutely loved our stay in Duluth. The house is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and it's clear that Bill and Pat have put a lot of care into every detail. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home, and it was a pleasure meeting them in person.You can tell this is a place that's been hosted with genuine hospitality. The little touches throughout the home made our stay comfortable and memorable. Bill and Pat also shared some excellent recommendations for exploring Duluth (we would have missed Enger Tower otherwise). If you're heading downtown, don't miss Voyager Donuts—it was one of the highlights of our trip!We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Duluth.

Very clean with all amenities. Spacious, good parking, met us upon arrival and explained everything. If we needed something, they asked to contact them .

We stayed at this vrbo during Grandma’s 50th Marathon and couldn’t have been more thrilled with it. The vrbo was spotless and had every kitchen gadget you could think of. Plus a grill. Bonus! It was close to Canal Park and Miller Hill Mall. But yet in a quiet neighborhood. Bill and Pat were very nice and accommodating. They certainly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed, and we did! We’ve stayed at other vrbo’s and hotels in Duluth for Grandma’s and this one is in our top three. Overall, very impressed with this vrbo. We’ll be back!Sheryl
