About this apartment rental
Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. The Apartment is one level with just 2 low-rise steps to the front door. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.
The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.
Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

My husband and I can not say enough about how pleasant our stay at Suite Betty was while in Duluth for UMD graduation. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Bill and Pat were in touch with us in the days leading up to our stay and very responsive during our stay. The location was convenient to get everything and we especially enjoyed waking up to the view of Lake Superior. We will definitely be looking to stay at Suite Betty on our next visit to Duluth. Thank you Bill and Pat for sharing your property with us!

Bill and Pat are delightful hosts. They came to greet us when we arrived and to make sure the apartments was to our expectations. I can warmly recommend Suite Betty to travelers.
