The booking experience was easy and communication with the host and their team was excellent. The unit was beautifully furnished and the bed linens were soft. I had plenty of towels and was happy to be able to cook my meals and use the dishwasher and laundry.
However I can't overlook how uncomfortable I was staying there. There were individual ac wall units that had remotes you could set to a cool temperature; but the wall units would not turn on. It was miserable sleeping in the unit as the upstairs guests stomped and ran around into the early morning hours (12am-3am). The noise from the street and hospital nearby; created a noise nightmare. The bed was quite hard and on top of being miserably hot; I was also in pain. Additionally; the only vehicles that fit in the parking spaces, are small compact vehicles. One evening, I couldn't even park my F150 due to the other guests parking into my designated spot. My truck did not fit in the designated spot either, as the bed of my truck protruded into the alley. I also experienced severe allergy symptoms while in the unit. My overall stay was miserable. I really wished it could have been better.
