After a day at the beach, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or fire up the grill for dinner on the patio. Beach toys are provided exclusively for your stay, making it easy for families to enjoy long days on the sand without packing extra gear.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV—the perfect place to relax after exploring Duluth. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and walk-in closet, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable king bed, making the home ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining area provides a comfortable place to gather. The home includes a full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination, a convenient half bathroom on the main level, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Arriving is simple with convenient self check-in using our new smart lock system, allowing you to come and go with ease throughout your stay.
Outside, enjoy parking for two vehicles in the private driveway, with additional street parking available if needed. It was great, we loved the beach access out of the backyard gate. We woke up every morning to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. Comfortable and clean space.

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Beach Cottage, very comfortable, easy beach access, nicely stocked kitchen and in a charming neighborhood.

Lucky us got a weekend where it didn’t get above zero for our whole Duluth stay. We noticed that it was quite cold in the dining area because there is no heat source in there and with the extreme cold, the heat from the adjoining areas wasn’t enough. I reached out to Heirloom and they promptly got us a space heater so we were able to snuggle in and enjoy playing games in there all weekend.

Location was great! House had a moldy smell and there was poison ivy growing in the yard.
