There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo upstairs and a half bath downstairs. Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway, additional street parking available as well. Head out to the backyard and enjoy outdoor seating, a garden view, and a path to the beach. If your looking for a beach outing take full advantage of the shared paddle-boards and kayaks located down the beach path at the neighboring property. Lucky us got a weekend where it didn’t get above zero for our whole Duluth stay. We noticed that it was quite cold in the dining area because there is no heat source in there and with the extreme cold, the heat from the adjoining areas wasn’t enough. I reached out to Heirloom and they promptly got us a space heater so we were able to snuggle in and enjoy playing games in there all weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to most of the places we wanted to visit. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We selected this property because it was pet-friendly. The only complaint we had was that the house did have a somewhat foul animal smell. Luckily the weather was nice so we just opened the windows and that helped tremendously !
