This special place is close to Canal Park reastuarants and cafes, several hundred feet from park point beach access. Enjoy the main floor dinning and familly room. Cute character for this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. three season porch and clean garage for additional summer living space. Located close to the Aerial Lift Bridge, take a short walk or a bike ride to enjoy Canal Park or walk across the street for beach access. Perfect for workers with 1- 4 month contracts.
