About this house rental
Holiday in a village house in Llucmajor in Mallorca
We rent an authentic Mallorcan village house in a quiet, central location, away from mass tourism
Everyone is welcome! Whether families, groups, couples or individuals. Cyclists, hikers, water sports, golfers and other active vacationers are best accommodated in our house. Bicycles and other sports equipment can be safely stored in the interior under the stairs or in the patio (courtyard).
The house was completely renovated in 2015 and is new and modern.

Entertainment: TV (Satellite TV), Books, Internet (Wifi)
Outside: Patio / courtyard and two roof terraces with dining table for 6 people, 4 deck chairs, barbecue, clothes horse

We live in the immediate vicinity and are always accessible / approachable, and happy to help. For tips and advice, we are happy to help. We speak German, Spanish and English.
The environment
The village of Llucmajor has 12,700 inhabitants and is located in the south of Mallorca, about 15 minutes drive from the airport and 25 minutes from the center of Palma. In 15-25 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita or Playa de Palma. The beautiful bays of Cala Pi and Cala Blava are equally within easy reach.
Every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday there is a weekly market on the Plaza. On this you can provide yourself with local, fresh vegetables and fruits and other foods. The grown infrastructure offers within walking distance a variety of very good restaurants of all price ranges, shops and boutiques around the Plaza and in the pedestrian area. In the village you can still experience the original Mallorcan life. This is very nice with tapas, pizza and Co. in one of the excellent restaurants and bars on the Plaza.

Fomos muito bem recebidos . O local é super agradável e a cidade é ótima para ser a base para visitar a ilha . A casa está toda reformada dando muito conforto . Fizemos nossas refeições noturnas na parte externa da casa , muito bom. Tem local próximo para estacionar o carro . Se for na rua é grátis mas tem um pago .

Hemos estado cinco días en la casa de Gerd y Angélica y hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Sin duda repetiríamos con los ojos cerrados. la casa está totalmente reformada, con un estilo moderno y acogedor. No le falta detalle. Los dueños nos recibieron con gran amabilidad y con cervezas y agua frescas en la nevera!! la casa tenia de todo, desde toallas para la playa hasta sombrillas. Además estaba todo muy limpio, algo importante para un grupo de 6 mujeres como el nuestro.
El único pero es que no había persianas, por lo que cuando salía el sol la luz entraba en las habitaciones. Todo lo demás excelente!!

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt und geschmackvoll sowie gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Um Kleinigkeiten braucht man sich nicht kümmern, ob Handtücher, Tragetaschen, Sonnenschirm für den Strand oder in der Küche, ist auch alles da, was man braucht. Da wir in sehr heisser Saison da waren, wussten wir die Klimaanlagen sehr zu schätzen, die sehr schnell die gewünschte Kühle herbeiführten und gut zu bedienen und zu dosieren waren. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und schön. Alles zum Wohlfühlen. Die Terrasse ist auch im heissesten Sommer durch die Schirme meist gut zu besuchen.
Von Vorteil ist auch, dass die deutschsprachigen Vermieter direkt nebenan wohnen, die sehr nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit sind, wenn man sie braucht.
Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in Laufnähe direkt am malerischen Marktplatz der auch nette Lokale hat. Ein grösserer Supermarkt und ein "Müller" sind am Stadtrand leicht zu erreichen. Der Ort liegt eher im Landesinneren, daher ist ein Auto notwendig, um Strände oder andere Ziele der Insel zu erreichen.
Mein Tipp: Möglichst KLEIN sollte der Wagen sein. Die Parkplatzsuche war jeden Abend eine Herausforderung. In der Strasse der Unterkunft darf nur zum Entladen geparkt werden. Allerdings fand ich immer nach spätestens 10min. einen Parkplatz und der weiteste Weg zum Haus war 500m lang, also 5min zu gehen.
Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, die durch die Aufteilung grössere Familien sowie auch verschiedene Parteien zulässt.
