About this apartment rental
The vacation homes "Bremen" and "Oldenburg" are in our listed farmhouse under thatch. You are very cozy under the thatched roof above the old wagon hall. The farmhouse with its typical half-timbering lies almost alone on a large plot in the middle of the extensive nature. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed.
The small river "Ollen" (Hunte side arm about 20m wide / 1.5m deep) passes the property over a section of almost 200m in length, and water access allows rowers to enter. The Hunte and Weser can be controlled directly.
Ideal for cyclists, the Sielroute - a cycle path - leads directly past the farm. The Weser cycle path can also be reached in a few minutes.
The cities of Bremen and Oldenburg can both be reached quickly in 25 minutes (city center) - the North Sea (Jadebusen or Bremerhaven) or the artist village Worpswede are also easy to reach in 40/45 minutes.
Various wonderful Weser natural sand beaches! like the peninsula Elsflether Sand with the best bathing quality can be reached in 10 minutes.
1 ha of fenced natural meadow is well suited for dog owners

Dogs are charged € 5 per day.

Für unsere Art Urlaub zu machen eine tolle Unterkunft. Wir mögen es gerne ruhig in landschaftlich schöner Umgebung. Wir konnten mit dem Rad unsere Touren direkt vom Haus beginnen. Die Region ist ein Paradies für Radler. Selbst Städte wie Bremen und Oldenburg konnten mit dem Rad angefahren werden. Die Wohnung in ein einem Reetdach-Bauernhaus ist liebevoll und ebenso zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Herzliche Vermieter mit offenem Ohr machen das Objekt perfelt!

Ich habe diese Ferienwohnung über Silvester gebucht, da ich einen Angsthund habe und mit der Buchung die Hoffnung verbunden war, dass meine Hündin nicht so viel von der Knallerei zum Jahreswechsel mitbekommt. Die Wohnung liegt relativ einsam, etwa 3 km vom Ortskern entfernt und da es ein Reetdach besitzt, darf nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus geknallt werden. Der Hund war im Haus tiefenentspannt und auch draußen vor dem Haus war es (zwar mit etwas Glück, da ein kurzer, ruhiger Moment da war) um kurz vor 0 Uhr nochmal möglich, dass sie ihr kleines Geschäft erledigt. Für mich war es ein Hochgefühl, nach zwei Jahren Silvester mit einem paralysierten, hechelnden und zitternden Hund von 16:30 Uhr bis morgens um 5:00 Uhr in der Früh.
Die Umgebung bietet Einsamkeit und Weite für tolle ausgiebige Spaziergänge und die Wohnung besitzt einen besonderen Charme, wenn ich aber tatsächlich anhand der Bilder etwas mehr Geräumigkeit erwartet hätte. Bei allen möglichen Fragen ist der Vermieter stets umgehend erreichbar und auf zufriedenstellende Klärung bedacht. Einzig schade fand ich, dass ich den Ofen nicht unbedingt nutzen sollte. Aber gut, ich war dort trotzdem sehr zufrieden und würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
