Beachside Condo - Steps to Beach, Views of Ocean and Sunset

Positives: Unit location to water was great. Spacious rooms. Master bath shower was nice, had stone tiles. When we booked, we were told the unit had recently been renovated. Now for the not so good…Cons: Light switches in bedrooms did nothing. Had to enter rooms in dark and turn lamps on to have light. The master bedroom had only 1 small lamp and the mattress was very hard. The cabinets in both bedrooms were loose and we had to watch how open we pulled them, or they would fall to floor. The dishwasher was so old the tines on the racks were mostly gone and were rusty nubs.We did enjoy our stay and the beach and unit location were well suited for our family. We do wish the lighting would have been better, not really anything to fix other than have lights that are plugged into switch outlets, that we were never able to find.

We have rented a number of beachfront condos in Florida over the years. This was our favorite by far. We love Crescent Beach, and this unit was fantastic. It was well equipped. Nicely decorated and furnished. Nothing old or worn out in this unit. It did not have the rental property feel. Instead, it felt as if we were guests in someone's home. It was actually really nice to see photos of the owners throughout the unit. Gave it a personal feel. And speaking of the owners, they were incredibly responsive, before and during our stay. We had an issue with the thermostat on our first day, and Ben responded almost immediately, resolving the problem. You get a view of the ocean from the breakfast nook and living room. And the two balconies offer incredible sunset views. You are up high and can see for miles. One thing I would point out to families considering this unit is that it is not a short walk to the beach. And there are a number of stairs involved. This was not really a negative for us, but when you have young children, you cart a lot of stuff back and forth to the beach. So it is something to consider. The reward is you have the beach almost completely to yourselves. It was so peaceful. No fighting crowds. No trash everywhere. The beach is gorgeous. And there is a great place for showering and hosing your things off before you head back to the unit. The pool was very nice, too. Though it would be better if it had a restroom there. But there are tables with grills just outside the pool area so you can enjoy a meal there before or after or in the middle of a swim. Our family loved this unit and the overall condo community. We will very likely be back.

Met my son and kids for a lovely vacation. Place was updated and liked the fact there were towels and sheets so I didn't need to cart them. I would stay here again. Beautiful beach!

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and everything was updated and stocked with all basics. It was the perfect location to walk right onto the beach (which has the softest sand ever!). I highly recommend going here! The owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to messages.
