You will stay in a dreamlike, modern and air-conditioned apartment in one of the most beautiful historic Villas in Garda.
The property is located between the historical centre of Garda and the "Punto di San Viglio".
The apartment is part of the historic main house of the estate, in the midst of a beautiful park larger than 22,000 m². From here you enjoy a marvellous view over Lake Garda and an oasis-like calm.
In the centre of the park you´ll find a large pool-area equipped with showers and toilets.
Next to the main house streches a beautiful barbecue area overviewing the lake.
The joyful privacy of this place can hardly be offered at other facilities, for the admission to park and pool is exclusively reserved for residents of no more than 11 units forming this property.
There is very close access (just on the other side of the road) to one of the most beautiful beaches of Lake Garda.
