Condo Owners Association REQUIRES all adult occupants to complete a rental application through a 3rd party app, Tenant Evaluation, and a lease agreement with owner after VRBO acceptance. Stay cannot commence without CoA's approval. Condo is not pet friendly. Condo on 3rd level. No elevators in the complex. No pets.
MINIMUM stay is 30 DAYS per Condo Association regulations.
Rental Terms:
For April and subsequent months, add:
-VRBO Service Fee
- $375 Cleaning Fee
-Tenant Evaluation Application Fee paid by applicant ($150 per married couple or $150 each adult tenant)
-13% FL and County taxes collected by VRBO
For all stays:
-refundable security deposit of $1,200 (to be charged by VRBO, if damage claim made)
-penalties imposed by CoA to renter(s) breaking condo rules/policies

Bus 19 stops at US19 and Bellaire intersection.
Close commute to Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays spring training grounds. 27 min/20 mi to Amelie Arena, home of the Toronto Raptors. 24 min/17 mi to Raymond James Stadium, hosting Super Bowl 55.

The unit was as advertised and had a lot of space. The area was good and we could get to shopping and other venues (such as Ruth Eckerd Hall for concerts) easily. Workout facility and pool area were very nice. Frank was very easy to deal with and responsive when there were any questions. We would recommend staying at this property.

We just stayed at this property (for a little over a month). The property was great, very comfortable, spacious and well kept. We just brought our clothes, the apartment had everything else. The community complex had a well equipped gym, study/work room, and a very nice pool which the kids loved.
Safe area and great location just of US 19.
Frank and Kate, (the property owners) were great hosts. They were extremely helpful, and were on top of everything during the rental process.
I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay here again.

The area was lovely, the pool and workout area was great. The construction was horrible, we left 2 weeks early.
