Located in the middle of the island paradise Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Western Pomeranian Bodden coast lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. This exquisite apartment was completed in April 2010 and has a sophisticated equipment. It is located on the second floor in a historic warehouse from the 18th century. Century, in which to the beginning of the 20. Century was operated a Seifensiederei. It is located in the middle of the old town, overlooking the three large churches of Stralsund. All sights, such as the historic market places, the town hall, the harbor, the Ozeaneum or the Maritime Museum are within walking distance. For unloading, you are welcome to drive to the apartment - the nearest parking is in the parking garage at the Ozeaneum. Together with our parking discount card, your parking ticket will be discounted by the Tourist Office. You park at the special price of 8.00 Euro / 24 hours. Upon arrival you pay a deposit of 150.00 Euro. This will be deducted after deduction of incidental charges 14 days after departure to your account. The apartment is not rented to youth groups under 25 years!

Our apartment has a large living room with dining area and open plan kitchen to the living room. We offer two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and a third bedroom with two single beds (each 0.90 m wide). The third bedroom can accommodate the 7th and 8th. Person to be bedded. The apartment also has a bathroom with shower / WC, an additional shower and a guest toilet.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
