Oct - Feb Snowbird Special! This first floor unit is equipped with all the extras, and you will be warmly welcomed with a guest book to help you navigate our home and community! Our condo has been completely renovated in an elegantly modern French European style, and features a large reclaimed barn wood feature piece with a recessed smart TV and electric fireplace (cozy for cool nights and snowbirds). Sleeping arrangements include a queen size murphy bed and twin bunk beds, all with soft, luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked and accented with quartz, European marble and stainless steel appliances. The back patio is steps away from the pool and barbecue grilling area, and the beach access is directly across the street (about 100 yards to the beautiful white sandy beaches of 30-A)! This is a great place to stay anytime of the year and perfect for those wanting to spend extended time at the beach in the colder months.

Perfect for my daughter and me. Booked last minute, and would love to book again for my husband and me. Location is perfect with beach access right across 30a and very close to all of the other beaches such as RB, Seaside, Grayton, etc… for shopping and restaurants. More than 2 adults would be too many but a family with 2 small children ok. No closets but nice size dresser to unpack clothes. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, laundry room very close, very close to Publix, etc… We did have an accident on our last night. My teenage daughter was on the ladder of the bunk bed, lost her balance, grabbed the rail, but the rail broke, and the rail and my daughter hit the floor. Just a freak accident. Moral of story, get the insurance. Highly recommend and would love to stay in the future.

Property was clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short walk from the beach and very private.
