They literally thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. From a fully functional kitchen with Kitchenaid appliances to blenders, crockpot, etc. We saved a lot of $$ just eating in!! And saved more $$ because the chairs and umbrella we didn’t have to rent were already there! Even had books if you wanted to read & blanket!
We loved how close It was to the beach, and to the Rosemary Beach area. We would definitely come back, and we weren’t ready to leave!!

Needed a getaway place for spring break and this was the perfect place! We loved the modern look to the condo and the access to pool & 2 minute walk to the beach. We were super grateful for the beach chairs our host provided. Also loved the location as it’s in the center of 30A. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the place was very nice, the microwave didn't work and the couch had a broken leg on the front side. It was not easy for me to find a way to contact the owner to let him know about these issues... which is why I put the poor communication. Expedia needs a way to allow visitors to easily contact someone in the event something like this happens. Other rental experiences have someone to text if there is an issue.
