Pet friendly, easy in and out. The house is built on grade, so there’s not a ton of steps, which is nice especially if you have elderly folks or arthritic pets. Quiet location off of busy 30A. Short walk to the beach. Easy to bike around. Front porch is large and deep, this is an awesome rental for the money!! There was a new moon when we stayed, and the star gazing was amazing. We felt very, very safe and saw little kids running around.

This place was set up as dog kennel . Pulled carpet , bedding dog blankets, AC filter full dog hair

This place is just OK. Lots of small issues that added up…….floors not cleaned thoroughly (glass on bedroom floor), front bed dips in center, both tvs did not work, limited supplies (like just one trash bag.), etc. Location was fabulous. The place needs some attention overall.
