The 10th floor balcony views from this oceanfront condo may make you want to stay forever! The unit has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and upscale furnishings throughout. The blue and yellow living room has plenty of seating, a flatscreen tv and an entrance to your private oceanfront balcony. A fully equipped kitchen features deep blue walls, white cabinets and granite countertops. The master suite includes a large en suite bathroom, king bed and another balcony entrance. The guest rooms have two queen beds in each. A washer and dryer can be found in the condo for your convenience. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

This property is immaculate and well appointed. 3 bedroom, 3 baths and a nice sized living area, make this property very comfortable for a family of 6-8. All the furnishings are high quality and in good condition. No worn out couches or mattresses.
Lighting is sufficient. The property is conveniently located near the elevator which is not loud or noisy.
Window coverings are designer quality and beautiful. All beds have beautiful comforters and toss pillows.
The balcony has an incredible view of the beach, pool and lazy river.
Book this property and you will not be dissappointed!
