This rare 4 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront condo in Crescent Shores is ready for you. The 26 foot 3rd floor balcony gives stunning views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and the white sandy coastline and is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The well-appointed kitchen offers granite countertops, & full size appliances include an electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave,dishwasher, as well as a full-size washer and dryer off the kitchen. The cabinets are well stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses & silverware Additional appliances include a toaster oven, electric griddle, large crock pot, 2 blenders, a hand mixer, pots, pans & baking dishes round out this chef's gourmet kitchen. A dining table for 6 & 3-seat breakfast bar offers plenty of room for your group to eat together.
The living room features a mirrored wall that doubles the oceanfront view. Plenty of comfortable furniture provides seating for movie night in front of the flat screen TV. Free wireless internet access available. Sliding door access to the large oceanfront balcony (26') has a tall table with chairs.
The oceanfront master bedroom offers a KING bed, 2 nightstands, flatscreen TV. A walk-in closet leads to the master bath with granite counters & double sinks. An oversized stand up shower with an outstanding shower head, plus jetted whirlpool tub awaits you.
The first guest bedroom offers a fantastic king sized bed , full length dresser, closet & a full private attached bath. Two guest bedrooms offers 2 QUEEN beds & their own bathrooms. Each bathroom offers tub/shower combos. Bedrooms include ceiling fans, Guest bedrooms have flat screen TVs, dressers & closets.
Your reservation includes all bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, & departure cleaning. Guests receive a small "starter kit" of paper products (t-paper & paper towels) bath soaps, & dishwasher packets - just enough to have handy until you can make the grocery store list of things you need.
Bring your pool & beach towels, Crescent Shores offers outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal cooking grills, indoor pool, outdoor showers & a fitness room. A parking garage offers covered parking. On site security is also provided.
BEACH ACCESS: A short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach.

Within walking distance are a beachwear store, convenience store & an ice cream stand & hot-dog grill. We enjoyed the stay. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The kids loved being on beach and having the pool right there. The location was very nice.

This was our second stay in the building, but first time in this unit. It was spacious with great views in the living room and master bed. A few notes of feedback: the rooms other than the master did not have blackout curtains and the outside hallways can be bright at night, the cleaners were not 100 percent ready at 4pm so we were holding until about 415 until they were done - they were courteous and we put our things in one of the finished rooms until they were done. The main issue that would give me pause before renting again is the presence of insects - gnats, small crawlers and a few cockroaches that appear to be coming from behind the refrigerator. We also found a few dead bugs in the pans in the cabinets. We purchased a spray and notified the management, who quickly replied: “ sorry about the critters!!! The whole building is under pest control contract for service on 2nd Tuesday of the month. It is definitely harder to control in the summer when units are all occupied and food is spread out across every kitchen. I will let the HOA know.” Give the quick turnover and daily cost to rent the property, more should be done. I have not had that issue in other rentals, including the last time we stayed in this building.

Although we’ve vacationed at Crescent Shores for many years, this was our first time at this condo. It was very clean, well furnished, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had while on vacation! We were within walking distance to a beach store, restaurant, ice cream shop, and convenience mart. Crescent Shores is well maintained, secure (security on the premises at all times), and has ample parking in the garage across the street. VRBO provided excellent customer service and communication. Without hesitation, I would recommend this unit and this complex.
