Great place within steps to the village. Place has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I stay here every year I go to Mammoth. Highly recommend.

The upgrade to the condo was very nice and updated. The unit actually stays warm without blasting the heaters. Just a warning there are a lot of stairs to the unit which could be tough for older folks or people with balance issues.

Awesome place to stay for skiing. Conveniently located in walking distance to gondola or steeps to bus stop. Everything you need to cook your breakfast or dinner we found in the kitchen. Cozy fireplace for evening entertainment was a plus.

I have rented from VRBO many times in many places. I would summarize this rental as 2.5-3 Stars. The upstairs set-up was good for the kids, however the living room area was smaller than the kitchen area (kitchen overpowered it / right on top of you). It was uncomfortable sitting on the couch and trying to view the TV from the side / up high. The fireplace blew ash throughout the area. The hardwood floors were uneven. The beds were comfortable and the place has been remodeled "Home Depot" style. Plenty of dishes and items stocked. The check-in code process was pretty confusing as the code didn't work several times; had to be reset 3x during our stay. The M'ment Co. was very responsive though and assisted. The Stairs were very steep up to the property and upstairs (FYI). Overall it was fine, it just wasn't as spacious / comfortable as we had hoped. I will be staying elsewhere next year.
