About this villa rental
Villa Vistamar is in the highly acclaimed newly developed area of Residential Iris, close to Marina Rubicon. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and HOT TUB.
Villa Vistamar is a modern 2 story 2 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has a large king size bed and doors leading out to the upper terrace with its table and chairs from where you can sit and relax and watch the sun set. The views from here out to the Marina and the sea are amazing. The second bedroom is downstairs and is a twin room.
On entering the villa you come into the lounge and dining area, you have a large wooden staircase leading to the upper level. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would expect in a modern property, that has been beautifully set out to make you instantly feel at home with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, glassware, cutlery and crockery; are all included.
There is a good size lounge with comfortable sofas and a wide screen television. The villa has satellite television with a good selection of channels. There's a DVD player (DVD's not supplied) and the villa also benefits from FREE WiFi internet access. Once you have gone through the lounge you will find a shower room and then you go onto the second bedroom. The second bedroom has doors leading to a terraced area with a hot tub. Great for those starry Lanzarote evenings.
At the front of the villa you have a garden area and a pergola, under the Pergola you have a table and seating area for 6 people. You also have a built in canarian BBQ, giving you chance to relax outdoors and BBQ and enjoy the stunning view.
Very near to the villa is a communal swimming pool with sun loungers for those who like to sunbathe.
From the villa's location it is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and just around the corner from there is the start of a magnificent promenade which offers fantastic views and tranquil walks along the front all the way through the Marina and onto the centre of Playa Blanca.
In the opposite direction to the promenade are the world famous Papagayo Beaches which on foot will take about 20 minutes to reach
Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.
About a 5 minute walk from the villa is a Supermarket, and Taxi rank so shopping could not be easier for a self catering holiday.
This is an ideal location for families or couples. It is close enough to all essential amenities not to make a car a necessity, but far enough away, not to be disturbed by any of the local night life.

The location was perfect .
Restaurants, supermarkets etc close by. Quite location and spotlessly clean area along the seafront and complex
The cleaning of the jacuzzi was not done even after asking. The regular cleaning and linen replacement could be done without the need to ask. eg. after each week.

Loved this well equipped villa. Everything we needed for a 4 week stay. Management company are great, thank you owners! We would love to return to this villa in our favourite area of Playa Blanca.

Location excellent, service from Jayne excellent even on her day off she still replied to us , and came over next morning to hear our issues….. hot tub fabulous, Villa although had potential it needed a little TLC.
This comment is more for the owners rather than villasnow whom I could not fault….. villa needs a little upgrade, bedding was a little worn , definitely needs replacing , cushions on sofas were the same just overall needing an upgrade throughout.
