. The house is part of a larger estate and is the oldest building in a small hamlet called Mombette. The vacation home consists of a main house, a small annex, a private garden, and a swimming pool measuring approximately 4.5 m x 9.5 m. The total living area is 150 m², of which 120 m² is in the main house and 30 m² in the adjoining annex. The house is equipped to German standards and features electric radiators for heating and an electric water heater. The electrical system is state-of-the-art; a satellite TV set and a stereo system are available, and an Internet connection is planned. Attractions and recreational activities: A small selection of attractions near your vacation home “Mombette” within a 20-km radius: Château Montfort—fantastic view over the Dordogne. Château Milande—former residence of singer Josephine Baker, daily birds-of-prey shows. Château Lacoste—with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing. Château Grolejac—privately owned with a Mediterranean flair. Château la Gazaill—perfect architecture. Château Fenelon—a medieval castle complex with antique furniture inside. Château Beynac—perched high above the medieval village of the same name, offering a breathtaking view over part of the Dordogne Valley. Château Puymartin—the “White Lady of the Périgord.” Château de Campagne—a charming little country castle. These are perhaps the best-known châteaux in the area. But discover the many others for yourself, because you’ll find them everywhere, in almost every town.

Medieval towns in the immediate vicinity: Sarlat-de-Caneda—said to be one of the most beautiful towns in France, if not the most beautiful. The old town was saved from demolition by a law passed by the “ 04.08.1962 ” and carefully restored with generous funding. Today, it showcases its architectural treasures just as the centuries have left them for us. It is the heart of the Périgord. Domme—a small, commanding town overlooking the Dordogne Valley, winner of numerous awards. A “must-see.” Belves—a romantic village designated as one of the “Beaux Villages.” Saint-Crepin-Carlucet—a village built entirely of stone, with a small château, idyllic and romantic in a small valley. Saint Cyprien—stroll through an old town. Rocamadour—a beautiful town with seven interlocking churches, built directly into a rocky cliff. Bergerac—located on the Dordogne River. Hot-air balloon rides—a once-in-a-lifetime experience—in Domme at the Aero-Drom, in La Roque-Gageac, or in Grogelac. Golf at the 9-hole “Domaine Rocheboi” golf course (approx. 5 km).
