Amazing for our 3 week in Krabi , perfect for family’s

Everything you need in the villa , privet pool , wifi , smart TV in living room , air con in every room minus the kitchen and bathroom. Communal pool access on the complex if you wish to use short walk to gym. , massage (300thai baht full body) and short walk to local 7/11 , markets and local bars and restaurants. Very short ride to Ao nang town 63thai baht in a grab taxi (grab app) amazing stay Thankyou so much Pool cleaned every morning. Lovley locals living nearby

Příjemná starší vila, ale čistá, plne vybavena. Půjčili jsme si motorku a jezdili na výlety od tamtud. Pěšky se k moři nedostanete! Motorkou cca 6 min na pláž. Od majitele jsme jako pozornost dostali vánoční cukroví na 25.12. Mile 👍 Prádlo čisté, ručníky voňavé, bazén čistý. Super funkční internet. Vila je hlídaná 24/7. Vse na jedničku! Dekujeme

Malinko z ruky od obchodu, bez motorky jste dost limitovaný. Ale to nám nevadilo.

Esta dins una urbanització amb seguretat 24h. Resposta i atenció rapida per part de amfitrió i personal.

No ha complert l’expectativa davant les fotos. La casa es maca pero algunes estructures bàsiques estan força desactualitzades o sense manteniment. Tot i agaradar-nos el menjar tailandes amb 3 n’és cal cuinar i poder estar a casa força estona amb comoditat. La comunicació dins de tot ha estat força bona i pensem que han solucionat tot el que estava a les seves mans pel temps que hi hem estat (12 dies)

Leuke villa met prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

We werden verwelkomd met een boeketje omdat we op huwelijksreis zijn. Dat was echt super vriendelijk! Het zwembad werd door de kinderen erg gewaardeerd. Water was schoon, op de bodem wat viezigheid maar het is een buitenzwembad dus niet vreemd. Het zwembad en buitenterrein werd op de 2e dag (van de 3) schoongemaakt. Dit was wat ons aangaat niet noodzakelijk omdat het in onze ogen nog niet vervuild was. Ruime kamers, 3x een ruime tweepersoons bed. Airco (wij kregen wel last van onze oren/keel door de airco vermoeden wij). Elke slaapkamer één en 2 op de beneden verdieping. Fijne stevige matrassen. Prettig beddengoed. Smart tv beneden voor de kinderen, vonden ze heel fijn. Tv op de master bedroom (niet aangehad dus geen idee of het smart tv was of niet) Wifi werkte uitstekend (ook prettig voor de kinderen) 2 badkamer met douched. Boven met douchegordijn. Schone wc's. Genoeg toiletpapier. Carport beschikbaar op eigen omheinde terrein. Keuken was prima, wat weinig servies en gewone drinkglazen maar we waren veel op pad natuurlijk. Genoeg bierpullen ;-) Op het bewaakte terrein (vriendelijk) is er toegang tot een buitenbad (zie foto) en een fitnessruimte met cadrio aparaten en gewichten.

Er waren veel duiven, die uiteraard hun behoeftes overal lieten vallen. In de tuin zat er achter een randje van een paar cm, die niet opviel. Hier heeft mijn zoon zijn teen aan opengehaald. Her en der wat achterstallig onderhoud zoals een douchestang die aan één beugel vast zat. Buitendouch waarbij de losse douchekop het niet deed (wel de regendouche). Andere huizen op het terrein zijn deels bewoond en deels leeg. Sommige ogen als vergane glorie. De locatie is wat achteraf gelegen. Wij hadden een eigen auto, dus dat was geen probleem. Een scooter of auto is prettig om te hebben. Anders is het wel een stukje lopen naar de 7-eleven.

Logement décevant par rapport à nos attentes.

La climatisation était efficace et cela valait mieux car le logement chauffe beaucoup avec le soleil.

Si le prix est intéressant pour un logement de 3 chambres, nous avons eu le sentiment que les notes ne reflétaient pas la réalité. En tout cas, il ne rentre pas dans ce que nous considérons comme exceptionnel. La villa est infestée de pigeon, du coup, la terrasse est difficilement utilisable. Dès le matin du premier jour, il y avait des excréments partout (voir photo). Deuxième point, la villa se ferme avec un badge qu'il faut emmener quand on sort. Cela coupe l'électricité comme dans les hôtels. Problème, ça coupe aussi le réfrigérateur ! Impossible de stocker des aliments frais en journée. Autre exemple, la machine à laver est bien là mais en piteux état et payante (voir photo). Le logement est très isolé et GRAB n'a jamais fonctionné pour nous. Il faut impérativement un moyen de locomotion.
