About this villa rental
This luxury villa is located in the Gated Community Watersong, just minutes from major attractions in the Orlando area. Maximum occupancy 14 persons. 3 bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds and private bathroom, 1 bedroom has two single beds with private bathroom and 2 bedrooms have a single bed and a bunk bed and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have LED TV. Throughout the house high-speed Wi-Fi. It is an all-in-one computer with a printer available.
The spacious living room with open fully equipped kitchen features a 60 '' LED TV with Netflix and DVD player. The partly covered oversized pool area with large pool and Jacuzzi is oriented to the southwest.
There is also a game room with billiards, air hockey and table football.
Shops and restaurants within walking distance.
In the immediate vicinity there are numerous fantastic golf courses and the David Leadbetter golf academy.
For bookings of less than 6 nights an additional cleaning fee of 140 US dollars applies. For longer stays, the cleaning fee is included. Pool heating is recommended for the months of November through April and is $ 35 per day. All prices plus 12% Florida Tax.

The house was beautiful and had a very nice, large pool. Inside was spacious and the game room was great for when it rained. I didn't expect to have to clean upon arrival. The house looked tidy, but the bathrooms, especially the showers and tub, were not very clean. It looked as though someone ran a cloth over them and called it good. It took Peter 2 days to respond most of the time, but he was nice and let some family members who live in state visit us during the day so we didn't have to spend our vacation driving to see everyone. However, when we saw cockroaches in the house, he basically said "thanks for letting me know" and that was it. It's not very sanitary when you're cooking/eating in the kitchen and there are roaches coming out. We visit Florida every year and have stayed at several different homes we rented through Vrbo. All in all, it's a nice place, but I won't stay again next year.
