History abounds on Ferry Rd. in Hancock - it was once a bustling hub for people going to and from Bar Harbor, with a railroad, a grand hotel, and ferry service to Bar Harbor.

The pictures of the view do not do it justice! The yard is also a decent size for littles who need to run and there is a cute swing on the side of the house. The listing represents this but it is a smaller place. It was perfect for me and my young son. The home was clean and the address provided was accurate and easy to find. The driveway is steep but I had no problems going slowly in and out.

Wow! That's all I can say. Excellent views, best host you could ask for, very very very clean, everything you could need. We had an amazing and very relaxing stay.

My wife and I spent four nights at this property and absolutely loved it.
Easy commute to Acadia and other attractions in the area.
Even though we loved the park, scenery, food, etc... we both really looked forward to getting back to this cabin to have time to enjoy the view. All other reviews are accurate - the view is incredible!
The host made check in/check out easy. Communication was excellent.
Zero complaints and we hope to stay here again!
