About this apartment rental
In the southeast of the island of Rügen is the peninsula Mönchgut. The Reddevitzer Höftragt here as narrow headland in the Rügen Bodden. On one side the Having with view to Vilm, to the other side the picturesque hills of the ZickerschenBerge, you know the beach resorts Sellin, Baabe, Göhren northeast in the immediate vicinity. Almost at the top of the Reddevitzer Höft with its different coastal and beach profiles in a confined space, lies the Rüfthus farmhouse. In addition to the six detached holiday cottages and cottages, we are in the thatched main house with a further eleven vacation apartments, our small holiday apartment - the 14.
Apartment Höfthus 14:
The apartment 14 with 35 m² is ideal for 2 + 1 holiday guests. It is a non-smoking apartment on the ground floor, infinitely accessible and includes the terrace with about 50 m² garden area, whenever the weather permits, in the living area. From here, even a view to the water is possible. The windows to the east, let the sun in as a gentle alarm clock and immerse your breakfast table inside or outside in great light. The living / sleeping area has an individual fitted kitchen with dining table, a comfortable double bed and a sitting area with flat screen TV. In the anteroom, a double sofa bed offers a further sleeping space and closets sufficient storage space. Facilities include the 80cm flat-screen TV, radio, CD and Wi-Fi. The bathroom with window has shower, toilet, vanity with mirror and hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with granite-colored sink, 2 ceramic hobs, hood over roof, a highboard for supplies and quiet 118 l fridge with 17 l *** freezer compartment for the small, fast holiday kitchen. In addition to coffee maker, Senseopadmaschine, kettle, mini oven and toaster you will find dishes, cutlery, glasses and various other kitchen utensils. If the kitchen should stay cold and Göhren also seems too far, then you just go nebanan in the Harving-Hof with family Hellwig eat and drink a glass of beer or wine. Services: You book - the 14 - with up to 3 people for the desired number of nights, plus final cleaning. The rental price includes the use of PkW parking space No. 14 and the additional costs for the home and consumption (electricity, water, heating). A basic equipment of consumables, such as dish soap, rags, garbage bags, tea towel and toilet paper are already included.
