About this apartment rental

These cottages and apartments belong to a small borgo in a quiet hilly position above the Chiana Valley. The owners run a farm with sheep, chickens, dogs and cats a fun especially for children! Together guests have a large garden plot with pool and play area and barbecue. Washing machine for a fee, crib and cooking service on request. Ideal for walks and bike rides in the surrounding woods and for excursions to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and Lake Trasimeno. Unpaved access, unsuitable for sports cars. See also ITA286-ITA291.

Great conviviality and a real bond created by the owners among the residents (Homemade pizza night and barbecue for all). All in perfect tranquility with only the sounds of the farm. Finally, a pool accessible at all times!!.

Belle convivialité et un réel lien créé par les propriétaires entre les résidents (Soirée Pizzas maison et barbecue pour tous). Le tout dans un calme parfait avec seuls les bruits de la ferme. Enfin une piscine accessible en permanence!!
