The house is situated in the core of the district Varel / Büppel.
Better one could say the village lies at the Basic House and related lands around.
8 km, north is the beautiful spa town of Dangast with the legendary Kurhaus. It has for decades been a popular meeting place for artists. The next largest cities are Oldenburg and Wilhelmshaven. Both are easily reached in 20 minutes by car or train.
If you want to move on foot or by bike, so invite nearby forest and bike paths 'doorstep' to a. A pony yard and an outdoor pool are located in the immediate vicinity of the house and can easily be reached by bike or on foot.
In spring you can be enchanted by the sight of the many fruit tree and rhododendron flowers when you open the front door.
The courtyard offers a relaxing stay in summer.
A riding arena, a carp pond and a fire pit belong to the property and can be shared by prior arrangement.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch auf einen kurzfristigen Änderungswunsch bei der Personenanzahl kam eine schnelle Rückmeldung.
Das Objekt ist zwar nicht im besten Zustand aber sauber. Die Räume bieten viel Platz und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Bei gutem Wetter ist der große Garten ein großer Pluspunkt. Ein Biomarkt und ein Bäcker sind schnell zu erreichen und auch ein Aldi ist mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Urige Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz innen und außen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Perfekte Lage um den Norden von Büppel aus zu erkunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos. Der Garten ist groß und schön.
Das Haus ist ebenfalls groß, allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Trotzdem fanden wir den Kurzurlaub schön und würden wiederkommen.

Tapeten in alles Zimmern Lose, Fliesen im Bad Lose.
Amaturen im Bad nicht mehr funktionsfähig oder Lose an den Wänden.
Spülbecken in der Küche sehr schmutzig und viel zu klein.
Die ganze Wohnung war sehr klamm und hat stark gerochen.
