Home Sweet Home on Vacation

The entire House is well cleaned and maintained. All Housewares are available for use. There's nothing that I would have looked for. The owner is friendly. Internet was working well. Invironment and location have met my expectations. We have had good sight seeing walks after breakfast on the dike. The Terace was good, there we have spent time drinking in the afternoon after the long walk. Its convenient. During our Stay, were not much crowd at the beach, weather was just Okey. My Husband and I would love to come back again, we had a Satisfying Vacation.

The Comfort room is on the Ground floor, sometimes I need to go downstairs 3 times at night to use WC. There was 1 time where I was a bit drunk and I had to sleep on the couch to avoid going up and down, and afraid not to be on time in the WC if in case I would vomit. But this is not terrible. Just only this instance. For a Couple with Kids it's otherwise good accommodation. Some of the Restaurants and small Souvenir stores were close due to Corona. But it's Okey because we could cook our favorite dishes, and we had everything we needed.

Geparkt werden konnte direkt am Haus

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Carolinensiel war leider enttäuschend. Schon bei der Ankunft war erkennbar, dass die Wohnung nicht gründlich gereinigt war: Haare auf dem Boden, ungeputztes Bad, verschmutzte Möbel. Wir haben Fotos an die Vermieter geschickt, bekamen aber keine wirkliche Reaktion. Da die Vermieter im Urlaub waren, sollte angeblich eine Reinigungsfirma da gewesen sein – davon war nichts zu sehen. Stattdessen mussten wir selbst putzen, um die Unterkunft nutzen zu können. Besonders ärgerlich: Laut Hausordnung müssen Gäste beim Auszug eine Endreinigung durchführen, sonst werden 100 € berechnet. Heißt: bei Ankunft putzen und beim Auszug nochmal – eine Zumutung. Die Fahrräder konnten nur wettergeschützt, aber nicht sicher abgestellt werden, da kein Schlüssel für den abschließbaren Raum vorhanden war. Eine Lösung gab es nicht, nur die Bitte um Verständnis. Direkt vor der Eingangstreppe hängt zudem eine Kamera, ohne Hinweis, ob und wie gefilmt wird – sehr unangenehm. Die Hausordnung ist streng und wenig gastfreundlich, die Matratzen durchgelegen und unbequem. Besonders negativ: Nach meiner ersten Bewertung erhielt ich vom Vermieter eine Nachricht, in der mir u.a. vorgeworfen wurde, meine Bewertung sei „mehr als Frechheit“ und „nicht gerechtfertigt“. Zudem hieß es, ich hätte die Hausordnung „vorne und hinten falsch aufgepasst“, meine Kritik sei „Unrecht“ und werde „an die Rechtsabteilung übergeben“. Weiter schrieb man, man wünsche mir „für die Zukunft wirklich eine grauen volle Unterkunft zu erleben“ und dass ich „nie wieder buchen soll, auf solche Gäste verzichten wir dankend“. Statt konstruktiv auf Kritik einzugehen, wurden wir beleidigt und eingeschüchtert – für mich absolut unprofessionell. Eine Unterkunft, deren Betreiber so mit Gästen umgehen, kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, Top Lage, sehr ruhig und gute Wege um Gassi zu gehen...hat uns gut gefallen...

Wenig,wie üblich die Treppe,ist halt nicht anders möglich, Anti Rutsch auf den Stufen wäre gut....und gemütlich zusammen auf der Couch liegen geht leider nicht...nicht viel Kritik denn alles andere war absolut Top

Ein rundum gelungenes Ferienwochenende mit der Familie in einer ordentlichen und sauberen Unterkunft

Ein sehr sauberes, komplett ausgestattetes, kleines aber feines Ferienhaus. Alles da was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Urig und gemütlich. Direkt an einem Spielplatz gelegen, somit Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Eigener PKW Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Die Treppe im Haus zum oberen Stockwerk ist für kleine Kinder ungeeignet und auch für Erwachsene mit Vorsicht zu genießen.
