I am so glad that I booked this condo for our beach vacation rather than a hotel! It was amazing to have space for our family of 5 to spread out during our trip, and the luxury of two available bathrooms cannot be overstated. The beach is about one block away; we went there every day in just our swimsuits and had the best time without the need to lug a bunch of stuff with us! There is a washer and dryer in the condo so I was able to wash all of our beach things immediately. There are dishes and pots and pans available--one night we went to the grocery store and bought slice and bake cookies and made them for a treat. I would definitely recommend this property, especially for a family that wants to spread out and have a little privacy from one another!
I didn't have any concerns to express during my stay, but I did have a question about the trash, and the property manager responded immediately via email. The unit was clean and there were supplies so that we could continue to keep it clean for ourselves. The towels and sheets were nice and the air conditioning was quiet. We didn't use the pool but could see it from the back door and it looked well maintained. It was a great experience all around!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The condo was perfect for our family of five. It was nice to have the pool right outside the condo, and to only have a short walk to the beach made life easier! We had a great vacation and I would recommend this Condo and this realty company to friends and family.
