With a direct access from the backyard to the side street, the beach is just a couple minutes away.
It is the perfect place for families to relax in a quiet neighborhood.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full and 1 half baths and fully equipped kitchen. High Speed WiFi. Three TVs with Roku players for live and application streaming. Two decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee with a nice ocean breeze or prepare a meal on a grill. Washer and dryer. Outdoor shower. 3 cars parking next to the house. Please no RV’s, boats or trailers.
The attached garage with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys and beach cart.

- The minimum age to sign the rental agreement, 25 years old.
- Weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, rental (during a summer season)

- Linens and towels are available for an additional $135.

Very uptodate appliances and furniture. short walk to the beach. beds were very comfortable and the garage was great for bikes and water stuff. Had a really nice time. Just a little tough getting out on the road from the parking area but overall a really nice stay.

The house and location are great! There were days we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The house was really clean and the owners are so sweet. We made so many great memories!
