Totally remodeled oceanfront, 3-level townhouse. New kitchen with eat-in table area. Living room with smart TV. Den area has a queen bed, full bath, and smart TV. Second floor has two bedrooms. Oceanfront room with 2 queen beds and a set of bunk beds, double bottom and single top, with an extra vanity area. Bayside room has one queen and a bunk bed, double bottom and single top, with a bayside deck. Second floor has full bath between the two bedrooms. Third floor has a queen bedroom with full a bath and a second vanity area. The loft on the 3rd floor has a trundle bed that sleeps two next to an oceanfront deck and a TV. Washer/dryer on first floor. Two parking spaces that fit 2 cars each. Pool included. Conveniently located in mid Ocean City, MD near grocery stores, restaurants, water and amusement parks. Just 2 blocks away from that famous gathering place, Seacrets!! This is a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE unit.

We loved this property and the location and distance to the beach. We were traveling with a senior as well as an infant, young toddler, and woman in her third trimester of pregnancy. The walk to the beach was so convenient. The property had all the comforts of home and was very clean. Great location from the boardwalk, but not too close. We were just a few minutes drive from the boardwalk and the grocery stores on the mainland.

We had a great time. Lots of beach time. Love the beach access right off the back deck. How was clean and well organized. We had a great family vacation.

Our family including an infant, young children and adults had a wonderful time at Ocean Colony 30. The beach access and views were great. Lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. We would stay there again!
