Incredible PH apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, 1 sofa bed, kitchen, dining room, utility room, fiber optic internet, parking area, beach area and amenities. Ideal for families or large groups, located a few steps from the sea, with direct access to the lagoon, which flows into the sea. It has a swimming pool, solarium, barbecue, beach equipment, tennis rackets, use of kayak and paddle board, snorkels, 4 televisions with access to Netflix, one of them a 70" TV, smart box with more than 1,000 channels, water potable filter, ice cube fridge, AC in all the apartment and the use of a scooter to drive inside Puerto Aventuras. Located in the beautiful complex of Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Great condo, very well equiped (including sporting gear) for our stay in Puerto Aventuras. We were gladly surprised by the condo and Puerto Aventuras. It has a nice swimming pool, and an entrance for swimming or kayaking in the caleta. If you prefer the beach it is only a block away. Karla is a great host. She was always available for whatever we needed. We highly recommend it!
