About this house rental
Our house is located in the waterfront community of Suissevale. Amenities include tennis courts, a beautiful beach, and a playground. There are 26 miles of maintained dirt roads for walking or biking. Great location in the heart of the Lakes Region. Bath towels, linens and paper products are provided. Finished on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath and one bedroom. A sliding door in the dining area leads to a beautiful screened porch with a ceiling fan and recessed lights. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a finished room with couches, 50" television, air hockey and a refrigerator. WiFi internet access. The front yard has a fire pit. The community beach is about a half mile away. With access to the community beach, clubhouse, tennis court and playground, this is a great vacation home. I am available always and live 4 miles down the road. The community beach has a permanent volleyball court, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swimming rafts, etc. Suissevale is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with its miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours. The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.

Great house, clean, lots of room for the whole family. The bedrooms are large, mattresses a little hard. Bathrooms large, good supply of paper products soap etc. kitchen large, big refrigerator and one in the garage for drinks. Washer and dryer were great as we had a few rainy days.Bunk beds in the basement was good for the kids and the couch was a pull out in needed. We did bring a topper for that to make more comfortable! The garage was good to store our bikes! Nice dirt roads for biking, even over to the Castle in the clouds. The Castle also had great hiking trails! Very close to mini golf, close to Meredith for shopping, plenty of restaurants to choose from! Enjoyed Giuseppe, The Camp, The Canoe, Hanford in Meredith for shopping. Peter was available if needed and responded very quickly, enjoyed communicating with him. We loved the beach, clean, sandy, water warm and enjoyed using our floats. Easy to get there, but drove most of the time! It was a great week before my son got Married at the Castle in the Clouds, which was a Beautiful day!

It was a decent house in a great location. Perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed the outdoor screened in porch and air hockey table.

We squeezed in 1 last vacation of the summer at this great house. The location, community and beach were wonderful for a young family! The house was so well kept. The screened in porch was great for dinners and after dinner card games. The bedrooms were perfect for our crew and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. We also enjoyed the fire pit for making s’mores in the evenings.
