Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was okay. The pool makes the house. Hot water was not a constant and you could not shower 2 people at the same time and after after 3 showers the hot water was done for a while. Instructions for the house could have been better. I was told there was a pool heater but not where kt was and then got a kind of rude text about the possibikity of me being responsie to pay extra if it was used too much.

Reviewer Comments: We rented a little summer house in the Hamptons for my BF’s bday with a few friends, a baby and my dog.. sounds kinda crazy, but we had the absolute best time!!! The location was PERFECT!!! So close to absolutely everything, only about an hour and a half from home but it’s like a different world! The area was so quiet and serene, the accommodations were great! Virginia and Debbie were great!! I would definitely rent from them again. Overall an A+ experience was had by all, even my dog got some R&R in by the pool in the shade ��
