Cleanliness and the bed is comfortable

The staff is quite nice. Although they refused to refund me at first, in the end with RedDoorz support involved i got the refund and went to another their hotel. But manager stayed professional, though it was obvious she didn't want to loose money. The room was big enough, with comfy bed and everything was pretty clean. Good hot shower with good pressure. Internet was ok.

The main con is that the hotel is right in front if the highway, like in 5m, and all rooms look to the road, so the noise coming from cars passing by is extremely disturbing, especially at night. This was the reason we had to leave after 1 sleepless night, though booked 4 nights. They need to improve noise cancellation, as earplugs didn't save at all. Aircon drips to the roof outside the room and the sound is like someone is knocking on the door... All the time... Blanket could have cover Staff speaks very little English Location isn't nice as well for no proper shops around.
