Room size and location.
I stayed 3 nights and every time I went to toilet the water was very dirty. And as I complained to the reception they said I have to wait until the black water go out then fresh water will come. So, I have to wait for fresh water to use it till 30 minutes.

Room is large, hot water heater works well.
Pictures on website are not like reality, other guests are loud and keep you up at night, wifi barely works.
Also, when I arrived they tried to charge me a different rate than my booking said online. After a while they realized and had me pay cash, then a few hours later I got an email saying my credit card had been charged and I should not pay cash. They eventually refunded the cash I had paid but it seemed very unprofessional. Not to mention the room wasn't ready when I arrived even though it was after 2pm. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or if it was an honest mistake. You can find a better room elsewhere.
