Amazing location, right on the beach! The property has a small courtyard with grass which opens to the beach. The views are amazing! Walking distance to the supermarket (3-4 mins away) and shopping center. The property is very well equipped (dishwasher, laundry machine, great kitchen, boardgames, a confortable living room, 3 bathrooms). Quiet and large beach, never crowded. We loved the super easy access to the walking path along the sea line which takes you all the way to the Dunes of Maspalomas.

Except for the master bedroom, the other two sleeping rooms are extremely narrow. Might work well for a family with kids, but I find it difficult for adults to be confortable in such spaces. Also there are several things that need to be replaced/repaired (doors and windows) and a better cleaning would be much appreciated. There were torn blankets in the cabinets and it just did not feel right to see them there, these are of no use to guests. No duvet covers whatsoever. I do not recommend this part of the island in winter months as it gets very windy. Some days it was simply impossible to take the kids to the beach as the sand was flying everywhere. We visited other small villages like Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico (20-25 km away) and the weather was much better there. Of course this is not the fault of the property, but merely a personal observation that might help others decide better on when to book this specific location.

The location and beach proximity are great. So is the nice, private garden in front of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and the view from the master bedroom upstairs to the beach side are soothing. The place has three bathrooms, two of which have a shower, which is very convenient.

These are two minor suggestions for improvement: The water pressure is not very high, so that you need to avoid using it at two places at the same time. The signal from wifi router, which is downstairs is not high upstairs. I attached it temporarily with a tape to the stairs leading up and it improved the reception.
