The location was perfect for our next day embarkation at the Fusina port for a 15 day cruise. The hotel was spotless, very comfortable and the wonderful Staff person was very helpful in so many ways. She booked a taxi to get us to the port and recommended a wonderful pizza restaurant within 10 minute walk of the accomodation. She provided an amazing delicious and varied buffet of items for breakfast. She communicated very well with us and was a pleasure.
We should have started our short walk to the pizza place a bit earlier so that our walk back was not after dark. The road is a country road with little lighting and while traffic was infrequent it seemed to be at rather high speed without a sidewalk available. The plus of our location was the quiet and beautiful views of the farms and the terrific garden bounty that contributed to our great breakfast.

We liked the simple beauty of this small agriturismo. Anna was welcoming and the rooms were very clean. It was a good location for one night before our cruise from Fusina Termini. Pizza 1/2 mile down the road was fantastic
Beds were a little too hard. Extra pillows would be helpful. We suggest in room coffee maker or kettle since many travelers may have jet lag. More outdoor seating under gazebo would be nice.

It was spotlessly clean, well kept, and a perfect location for the night before our cruise leaving from the new cruise port.
Anna the owner was an extremely hard-working, helpful person who tried to make our stay as seamless and stress-free as possible. She also owns the pizza store up the street which served absolutely delicious pizza and was very convenient for supper. Thank you Anna for everything you did to make our stay so excellent.

convenient location for purpose of our stay. Accessible, spacious lift, parking close to property. Anna was very very helpful and told us about local restaurants and shopping centre. She accommodated our request for water kettle, glasses, cutlery, plates.
There was no fridge in the room. No place to put soap in the shower. there are stairs in the room to access sitting area however we hit our heads a few time’s because the small table is located under the stairs, stair frame is metal so that is not safe.
