This place is amazing!! There is so much local history in this house and the host Louie’s knowledge of it is incredible! Thanks to him we ate at the best local restaurant and got to sight see some of gods best artwork, Brandy Wine Falls! This is by far hands down the best bed & breakfast I’ve ever stayed at! Will definitely be back! Thank you Louie!! You are a beacon of light and was exactly where and what Jennifer and I needed 🙏🏻
I didn’t like that we wasn’t able to stay longer.

Clean place. Host very attentive. Bike storage & wash.
Was put off having to pay for coffee. First time I have ever had to do that. Even budget motels provide free/included coffee. It cheapen the whole experience.

Super neat and tidy.
This is rooms in the hosts house. There are charges for many amenities: coffee, hot tub, laundry. The charges ARE written about but so buried in the immense amount of material they are easy to miss.
The owner is very much around and is more than happy to talk to you and tell you stories.
That said, the house is very clean, very safe and comfortable.
