The breakfast was way better than a breakfast at a comparably priced hotel, with bagels, toast, hard-boiled eggs, GOOD yogurt, granola, organic preserves and fruit... omg. Beds were super comfy. As a woman travelling alone, I understand nervousness about staying with a lone man, so I think it's incumbent on me to say that Louie made me feel super secure and safe.

Super neat and tidy.
This is rooms in the hosts house. There are charges for many amenities: coffee, hot tub, laundry. The charges ARE written about but so buried in the immense amount of material they are easy to miss.
The owner is very much around and is more than happy to talk to you and tell you stories.
That said, the house is very clean, very safe and comfortable.
