About this villa rental
A beautiful substantial Villa tastefully furnished set over 3 floors with 6bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with a pretty secluded garden, swimming pool and terrace. Parking available for 4 cars.
Located in Falesia area in Olhos de Agua / Albufeira.
The villa has electronic Gates and private parking and an automatic main gate. The pretty garden is very private and well fenced off. The large terrace and patio is set out with garden furniture for dining and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun by the stunning swimming pool approx. 11mx5m. This can be heated (on request only). This luxury villa faces south and get the sun all day.
The nearest beach is the wonderful Praia da Falesia miles and miles of white sandy beach with a wonderful backdrop of reddish-orange cliffs and pine trees.
It runs almost all the way to Vilamoura Car rental is by no means necessary unless you want to go to the beach every day and explore further parts of the Algarve. For short trips a bus or taxi is very convenient and not expensive.

Myself, my 3 adult children their husbands/ wife and my 6 grandchildren age range 2yrs to 13yrs all stayed together in this most beautiful villa. Everything had been thought of by the agents and it is situated in a lovely location close to all amenities. I highly recommend the Villa and the letting agents.

Accommodation was great, recently renovated so everything was spot on. Good location to get to places. Shop/bars very close.
Great communications between booking and check in and answered any questions. Was allowed to check in early once the Villa had been cleaned
Only one thing which can be improved is check in. Once it was ready I had to walk a mile to the office to pick up codes to the lock box. Not ideal when waiting outside with suitcases etc in the heat. I think they should meet you at Villa to give the details and show you around etc

A week Family stay with all different ages. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful everything you could need was available. Easy walking distance to supermarket & restaurants and uber is very easy if want to go in to Albufeira.
